5. After your session Your gallery will be ready within 2 weeks and emailed directly to you via an online gallery, giving you time to select your favourite shots.
Prints and Christmas gifts can be ordered straight from your gallery.
How to book your photos
Where: 12 Future Court, Studio Valente, Shepparton
Facilities: Toilets on site along with Kitchenette and baby change table.
Parking: Free parking right out the front
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure your kids are fresh, fed, and excited to "meet Kayla for their photos to send to Santa!"
Important: If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we can’t promise your session will be caught up. I do try to ensure we have enough time, but sometimes little kids just wont play and our time is pushed.
Your session is 15 minutes long, but we often finish sooner if your kids are nailing it - sometimes as quick as 5 minutes expecially with older kids.
Preparation Tips:
Feed the kids beforehand—hangry kids (or adults!) make things tricky.
Don’t stress about perfect smiles—we don’t need them. We need happiness and to capture excitement of christmas.

Ready to book?
To secure your spot, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required
The remainder can be paid either:
Cash on the day of your session, or Bank transfer before you arrive
Your spot is only confirmed once the deposit is received, so act fast to guarantee your Christmas memories!
If you do need to cancel, your $50 is transferable towards prints or your next session booked. Credit is valid for 3 months.
How do we pay?
Mini sessions focus on your immediate family for timing reasons, but extended family can be included if booked as a full session. $80 is charged if you'd like to include another family/friends group.
TIP -book with your friends back to back time slots!

Can we do cousins or extended family?
Your photos will be sent to your email address within 2 weeks from your session.
You’ll receive a private, password-protected online gallery where you can view, download, and order prints or gifts.
Depending on your package, you can immediately download 3, 10, or all photos.
Upgrades are available, but it’s usually cheaper to pre-purchase the full gallery—over 60% of families did last year!
Tip: Download to a computer rather than your phone for easiest access and printing.
How do I get my photos?

It is Christmas! Go bold with reds, greens, or even sparkly outfits. Santa hats, or cute festive jumpers- these are YOUR photos not for socials.
Props are fun but keep it minimal so the focus stays on your family.
What do we wear?
No worries! Studio Valente is indoors and fully weather-controlled, so your session will be comfortable no matter the temperature outside.
